BDIC, BENIPA, and International Partners Deepen Investment Drive to Scale Hardware Manufacturing in Benue
Today, the BDIC team, led by the GMD/CEO, Gbande Hembaor Terwase, AFCPN, held a highly productive investment and business engagement discussion with the Executive Secretary of the Benue State Investment Promotion Agency (BENIPA) Mr Terhemen Johnpaul Kpenkaan, alongside our visiting Chinese partners led by Martin Pang.
The meeting focused on unlocking new investment opportunities, strengthening strategic partnerships, and advancing the ongoing collaboration on BDIC’s hardware manufacturing initiative.
This partnership has already yielded tangible outcomes, including the contract manufacturing of BDIC-branded computers, tablets, and projectors in support of our digital transformation agenda.
Discussions centered on scaling up operations, deepening technology transfer, and accelerating the implementation of BDIC Hardware Project – Stage 2 in Nigeria. This next phase is designed to enhance local production capacity, drive job creation, and position Benue State and Nigeria at large, as a competitive hub in Africa’s digital economy.
The engagement reaffirmed a shared commitment between BDIC, BENIPA, and our international partners to build sustainable, innovation-driven infrastructure that will power the future.
The future is not just being discussed – it is being built.
