The Benue Digital Infrastructure Company (BDIC) hosted the Honourable Commissioner for Youth, Sports and Creativity, Hon. Tiza Isaac Imojime Orya, on a working visit to review the progress and rollout readiness of the Benue Youth e-HelpDesk Platform, a digital initiative developed for the Benue State Ministry of Youth, Sports and Creativity.
The Commissioner was accompanied by the Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Youth Organization and Illegal Levies, Hon. Gbenda Terver alongside members of the Benue Youth e-HelpDesk Coordinating Team led by Mrs. Deborah Ikyoive.
During the visit, the BDIC technical team demonstrated the platform, which is currently about 95% complete and designed to serve as a central digital hub where youths across Benue State can register, submit complaints, track requests, access opportunities and participate in training programs.
The initiative forms part of the digital transformation agenda of The Executive Governor of Benue, His Excellency Rev. Fr. Hyacinth Iormem Alia, aimed at strengthening youth engagement, improving service delivery and expanding opportunities for innovation and economic participation across the state.
