VENUE CHANGE AND OFFICIAL FLAG-OFF OF THE 23,000 BENUE YOUTH DIGITAL SKILLS TRAINING
The Benue Sate government through The Benue Digital Infrastructure Company (BDIC) wishes to officially inform the general public that the venue for the flag-off of the 23,000 Benue Youth Digital Skills Training Programme has been changed to the BDIC Headquarters No. 64 , J.S Tarka Way, Makurdi.

In preparation for the commencement and official flag-off of the programme, the Group Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of BDIC, Hon. Gbande Hembaor Terwase, today conducted a comprehensive inspection of the training facilities at the BDIC Headquarters. The inspection was aimed at ensuring operational readiness, quality assurance and a conducive learning environment for participants across the state.
This strategic inspection underscores BDIC’s strong commitment to delivering quality, skills-driven digital empowerment for Benue youths, in line with global best practices and the evolving demands of the digital economy.
The 23,000 Benue Youth Digital Skills Training is a flagship digital empowerment initiative of the Benue State Government, implemented through BDIC and is designed to equip young people with practical, employable digital competencies that will enhance innovation, entrepreneurship and economic participation.
BDIC sincerely appreciates the visionary leadership of His Excellency, Rev. Fr. Hyacinth Iormem Alia, the Executive Governor of Benue State, for this impactful initiative aimed at positioning Benue youths to compete effectively in the national and global digital space.
