Benue E-Justice Administration: Benue State Ministry of Justice & Public Order Digital Onboarding Kicks Off
The march toward a fully digital Benue took another decisive step today as the technical team from the Benue Digital Infrastructure Company (BDIC) engaged with the Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice and Public Order, Prof. Ornguga Yangien, at the Ministry of Justice headquarters in Makurdi.
The engagement marked the official onboarding of the Ministry of Justice onto the state’s pioneering E-Justice Management System, designed to revolutionize justice delivery by ensuring efficiency, transparency, and accessibility across the justice sector. The BDIC technical team led a robust training and orientation session, equipping ministry officials with the tools and digital capacity to seamlessly adapt to the new platform.
Prof. Yangien commended the initiative as a landmark development in the state’s justice administration, noting that the E-Justice system will strengthen rule of law, enhance case management, and eliminate bottlenecks in judicial processes.
The company’s commitment to delivering world-class digital infrastructure that aligns with Governor Hyacinth Alia’s vision of a digitally empowered Benue.
