The Board of Directors of Benue Digital Infrastructure Company PLC (BDIC), at its First Quarter Board Meeting for the year 2026 held yesterday, commended the Management of the Company for the significant strides recorded in the successful branding and introduction of the company’s range of tablets, laptops, desktops and projectors into the market.
The Board expressed satisfaction with the quality of the brand and strategic positioning of the BDIC-branded ICT products, describing the achievement as a major milestone for the young company and a clear demonstration of its growing capacity in the digital infrastructure and technology space.
While acknowledging the challenges associated with building a technology-driven enterprise, the Board assured Management of its full support and commitment to providing the necessary guidance and policy direction to enable the company consolidate on its achievements, scale higher and overcome emerging operational challenges.
The Board further reaffirmed its confidence in the leadership of the Management team and reiterated its resolve to continue supporting initiatives that align with the vision of positioning BDIC as a leading digital infrastructure and technology solutions provider in Nigeria and across Africa.
