BDIC Presents Government Performance Monitoring System to Policy Coordination Office
Today, the Group Managing Director/CEO of the Benue Digital Infrastructure Company (BDIC) and President/CEO of Africa Digital Infrastructure Company Ltd- Afdic, Gbande Hembaor Terwase AFCPN represented by Samson Dzungwe, Technical Assistant I to the GMD/CEO, presented the Benue State Government Performance Monitoring and Evaluation System developed by BDIC.
The presentation took place at the BDIC headquarters and offered a comprehensive walkthrough of the system’s interaction flow, architecture, and operational modules designed to enhance transparency, accountability, and data-driven governance across the state’s public institutions.
During the engagement, the Senior Special Adviser to the Governor of Benue State on Policy Coordination and Cabinet Matters, Hon. Samuel Yuwa, expressed deep satisfaction with the system’s functionality and responsiveness.
He commended BDIC for its commitment to advancing digital governance, noting that the platform aligns strongly with the administration’s vision for an efficient and modern public service. He also highlighted the system’s potential to significantly strengthen performance tracking, policy implementation, and outcome measurement across ministries, departments, and agencies.
Hon. Yuwa affirmed his readiness to brief the Executive Governor of Benue State, His Excellency Fr. Hyacinth Iormem Alia, on the full readiness of the platform for deployment. He assured BDIC of the Governor’s strong support for innovative tools that enhance service delivery and expressed confidence that the rollout of the system will mark a major milestone in the State’s digital transformation journey.
The engagement concluded with a renewed commitment to accelerating the adoption of digital solutions for improved governance and citizen-centered service delivery.
